Georgia A. Staton

Ms. Staton joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli in 1984, and has been a Partner since 1992. She practices primarily employment, governmental liability and personal injury defense. Ms. Staton has tried over 75 cases to verdict. She has successfully tried scores of cases in both state and federal court including wrongful death, Title VII, discrimination and sexual harassment claims, excessive force allegations against law enforcement including pursuit cases and SWAT actions. She is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Association of Defense Counsel. Ms. Staton is also a Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.
