Collectively, our lawyers have well over 200 years of trial experience in defending claims of excessive use of force by law enforcement; Title VII discrimination claims of race, gender, national origin, religion, and lawsuits arising from the ADA, ADEA, FMLA and FLSA. We have also defended hundreds of federal civil rights cases.
Our lawyers also represent educational institutions including public and private K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and special education institutions throughout Arizona. We have substantial experience in all types of employment and personnel related matters involving educational institutions.
