James J. Osborne


Mr. Osborne has been with Jones, Skelton & Hochuli since 1992, and a Partner since 1998. As the firm’s general counsel since 2006, one of his areas of emphasis is professional responsibility, including legal ethics, lawyer discipline and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Osborne was a Regents Scholar at the University of Michigan and received his law degree, with distinction, from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1984. His practice areas include surety defense, product liability defense, lawyer discipline and ethics, professional responsibility, legal malpractice defense and commercial litigation.  Mr. Osborne is an active member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
