Michael W. Halvorson

Mr. Halvorson has been a partner at Jones, Skelton & Hochuli since 2006.  His diverse practice focuses on trucking/transportation defense, including commercial cargo and property loss, as well as on product liability, dram shop, motor vehicle, and premises liability defense.   In addition, Mr. Halvorson is the Chair of the firm’s Transportation, Auto, Products & General Liability practice group, as well as the Co-Chair of the firm’s annual client education seminar.  Mr. Halvorson received his J.D. degree from Arizona State University School of Law, and his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Northern Arizona University. He is admitted to practice in Arizona state and federal courts, and is a member of several defense associations.  Mr. Halvorson is also listed as a Southwest Rising Star by Super Lawyers and is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
