R. Christopher Pierce
Mr. Pierce is an Associate at
Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, and concentrates his practice on civil defense
litigation, construction litigation, products liability, commercial litigation,
and other injury litigation. Prior to joining Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, Mr.
Pierce gained experience with another Phoenix firm where he concentrated on
construction litigation, general liability, and bad faith litigation.
Mr. Pierce has served on the Board of Directors for the State Bar of Arizona Young Lawyers Division and is a past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Young Lawyers Division. He received his law degree from the University of Arizona, and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona.

judgment in favor of client and held that homeowners may not sue subcontractors
directly for breach of implied warranty of workmanship and habitability absent
privity of contract).
