Mr. Zukowski joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli in 1983, and has been a Partner since 1988. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Arizona, College of Law. He has served on the firm’s management committee and is a past chair of the firm’s construction and insurance practice groups. He is a member of the USLAW network and was the founding chair of the network’s construction practice group. He is also a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance where he currently serves on the construction committee.

 

In addition to his successful civil litigation practice, Mark is also a construction and commercial arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the prestigious National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has extensive experience as a private arbitrator and mediator and as a settlement conference Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court. He has also previously served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals.

 

He is licensed to practice in all Arizona Courts, the District Court of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
