Dustin Christner has extensive experience defending claims of medical negligence, nursing home and elder abuse liability, products liability ,and personal injury. He is dedicated to the representation of nursing homes, hospitals, nurses, cardiologists, obstetricians, rheumatologists and other long-term care and health care providers throughout Arizona. His representation includes a wide variety of medical care issues ranging from wrongful birth and surgical complications claims to claims of abuse and neglect under Arizona’s Adult Protective Services Act.

Dustin dedicates considerable time to the defense of long-term care providers who are targeted by well-financed plaintiffs’ firms. His understanding of the day-to-day operations of long-term care facilities makes it possible for him to effectively represent some of Arizona’s largest providers. Dustin strives to provide his clients with not only litigation services, but also an array of risk management services. He assists clients with pre-suit investigations and develops alternative resolutions to litigation as well.

In addition, Dustin has defended a variety of product manufacturers, including automobile, tire, construction equipment and consumer products. He has defended these corporations against claims of personal injury, wrongful death, crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, airbag deployment, tire tread/belt separation and electrical fires.
