Douglas Cullins joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli in 2003 and became a partner in 2011. He practices in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home and pharmacy defense, and commercial litigation.

  • Obtained unanimous defense verdict in 8-day jury trial, where Plaintiff alleged medical malpractice and $3-million in damages arising from a complex spinal reconstruction surgery. Beckett v. Crandall, November 2016. Maricopa County Superior Court.
  • Achieved significant trial court and appellate victory in a $3-million premises liability case where Plaintiff invoked the “mode-of-operation rule” and “res ipsa loquitur” doctrine. Schafer v. Walgreen, June 2018. Arizona Court of Appeals.
