Bob Berk’s practice focuses on commercial and contract litigation, and professional liability defense and insurance coverage litigation. During his 30-plus-year career, Bob has litigated almost every type of commercial dispute, from basic collection actions to complex corporate matters. He has tried several commercial cases, including breach of contract, replevin contract, commercial defamation, real property, landlord-tenant and construction cases. Bob has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for product liability litigation and is AV® Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
