BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Berk joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli in 1989 and has been a partner since 1996. He concentrates his practice on commercial/contract litigation, professional liability defense and coverage litigation. Mr. Berk received his law degree from Arizona State University in 1985 and his Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
