BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Leach joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli as a partner in 2005 and is the chair of the firm's Employment Law Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on employment law, public entity/school district defense, aviation law, general tort defense and insurance bad faith. Mr. Leach received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

PRESENTATIONS & PUBLICATIONS
Mr. Leach routinely presents on employment law topics. For example, he has repeatedly spoken at national or regional conferences for organizations like the USLAW Network, RIMS (Risk Management and Insurance Society), PRIMA (Public Risk Management Association), and PLAN (Professional Lines Attorney Network). He also presents locally at Jones, Skelton and Hochuli seminars, as well as seminars presented by other professional organizations like the local chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Arizona School Board Association. Mr. Leach also works with the Employment Law Committee of DRI to assist in organizing and preparing their national Employment Law seminars. Mr. Leach is committed to providing his clients educational programs, such as training on avoiding workplace harassment claims, to assist them in managing their employment practices liability risks.
