Jones, Skelton & Hochuli has represented clients in significant mass tort, toxic tort and class action litigation over the past decade, including TCE, pesticide, toxic fire, asbestos, air pollution and oil spills. We have litigated cases brought under CERCLA, RCRA, NEPA, the Clean Water Act, and the Clean Air Act.
