The purpose of our committees is to promote the Firm’s participation in community-based diversity programs and to recommend and implement initiatives to recruit, hire and retain attorneys from diverse backgrounds. Committee members participate in national legal seminars that focus on assessing and improving firm culture to ensure that the Firm is a supportive place where diverse professionals can succeed in attaining their goals in an environment of personal and professional satisfaction.  As part of our on-going commitment to diversity, we continue to seek new methods to increase diversity within the Firm.

We also promote our clients' commitments to diversity by assembling litigation teams that reflect the clients’ diversity requests and requirements.
