Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, PLC is pleased to announce that partner Kevin Broerman has been named to the USLAW Network Insurance Law Practice Group Leadership Team. Broerman will serve as the practice group’s secretary.
Chair of JSH’s Construction Defect Trial Group, Broerman regularly coordinates presentations and conferences for USLAW Network and other industry organizations. He has experience in serving as Co-Chair of USLAW Network’s Client Conference.
Broerman concentrates his practice on defending claims of bad faith, insurance coverage, professional liability, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, farming and agricultural, complex commercial litigation, asbestos litigation and general liability.
