Austin Peril recently joined JSH, where he will be working on trucking, premises liability and product liability matters.

After graduating from the Seattle University School of Law, Austin worked for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases, conducting bench trials, negotiating offers for non-trial resolutions, and preparing law enforcement officers and civiliam victim witnesses for testimony.

During law school, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and a participant in the Fredric C. Tausend Moot Court Competition. Austin also served as a rule 9 extern for the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (Tacoma, WA), conducting legal research and drafting motions for summary judgment on claims against the county.

In his spare time, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, having game nights with his friends, and playing with his two dogs, Zoe and Casper.
