Briana Smith is a dynamic legal professional licensed to practice in three states since 2018. She joins our Transportation Trial Group where she will be providing high quality legal services to our carriers and our self-insured clients.

Having gained valuable experience working for the State of Wyoming Office of the Public Defender and two distinguished private firms, Briana has developed a strong foundation in litigation defense.

A proud alumna of the University of Wyoming and their Law School, Briana quickly established herself as a versatile and accomplished attorney as well as a forward-thinking entrepreneur.
