At JSH, Kevin Geyer handles a variety of general liability matters, including those in the automobile and general liability insurance industries. He also has experience trying complex jury cases.

Kevin has experience representing insurance companies, their agents, and their insureds in various stages of litigation for insurance claims. He regularly negotiates with peer and opposing insurance companies and medical providers for settlement of various insurance claims and liens.

Before joining the firm, Kevin served as an associate attorney at two Salt Lake City-based law firms, including an insurance defense law firm and a personal injury firm. He also gained valuable insight into the interplay between federal and state laws as a law clerk for the Utah Attorney General’s Office, the West Valley City Prosecutor’s Office, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and family of rescued dogs – a German shepherd, a border collie, and a Labrador.  Kevin loves the outdoors and often goes on road trips to explore the natural wonders and national parks of Utah and the West Coast.
