Legal Assistant: Raquel Auriemma

Bill dedicates his practice to defending corporations, businesses and other entities in tort litigation. His philosophy is to be purposeful and meaningful in action, and respectful of all parties involved. Bill believes that the emphasis should be placed on resolving matters in the best interest of the client; not simply litigate. Using this approach, Bill represents commercial transportation companies in trucking and motor coach crashes; businesses in dram shop liability, premise liability and security incidents; persons and entities against wrongful death actions; and businesses in “Special Event” injuries. Throughout his more than 30 years of practicing, Bill has served as sole or lead counsel in numerous jury trials, and has been involved in thousands of informal settlement negotiations, and hundreds of mediations and arbitrations.

Outside of the firm, Bill stays physically active by running, mountain bike trail riding, hiking, and undertaking nearly any activity that will get the heart pumping. His other interests include playing fantasy football, traveling and photography. Since 2014, Bill has been the official photographer of the firm’s publication, The JSH Reporter, and many of his photos appear on the firm’s website. In his younger years, Bill coached youth ice hockey and served on the Board of Directors for the Foothills Gymnastics Association.
