USLAW National Compendium

USLAW NETWORK provides the fifth edition of its updated National Compendium of Law, a multi-state resource that addresses legal questions that often arise. The Compendium permits users to easily access State common and statutory law regarding a variety of litigation-oriented issues. The Compendium focuses on the procedural aspects of the law so that clients of USLAW member firms and their clients have a reliable resource at their fingertips. The Compendium addresses issues that arise prior to the commencement of litigation through trial and on to appeal. Written by USLAW NETWORK member attorneys, the Compendium takes advantage of local knowledge and experience in each of the jurisdictions in which USLAW NETWORK firms practice. Partners Phil Stanfield and Dave Stout wrote Arizona’s Compendium of Law.
