USLAW NETWORK has released the 2019 Judicial Profiles by County resource. This 50-state comprehensive report provides a judicial profile of each county in the U.S., and identifies counties as Conservative, Moderate or Liberal. Profiles also include key court decisions that have changed the legal landscape for the state. This level of jurisdictional awareness of the court and juries on a county-by-county basis assists attorneys and their clients in successfully operating legal challenges throughout the country. JSH attorneys Gary Linder, Erica Spurlock and Erik Stone, and summer law clerk Samantha Cote, provided research and data for Arizona’s Judicial Profile. JSH is proud to be the only Arizona law firm that is a member of the USLAW NETWORK, an international organization of law firms dedicated to improving client service. USLAW is composed of over 108 independent, defense-based law firms with nearly 6,000 attorneys covering the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Member firms undergo a rigorous invitation-only review process and must be AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Lawyers within USLAW law firms have substantial trial experience, and are experienced in commercial and business law, employment and labor law, litigation and other business-related areas of law.

In addition to the 2019 State Judicial Profiles by County resource, USLAW and its member firms regularly update and publish Compendiums in the areas of Retail and Hospitality, Spoliation of Evidence, Transportation, Construction, Workers’ Compensation, Joint and Several Liability, Surveillance, Offer of Judgment, Employee Rights on Initial Medical Treatment, and many others.
