Mark Zukowksi has served as an arbitrator and mediator for more than 20 years. He received extensive training through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. Mark regularly serves as an arbitrator and mediator in a variety of personal injury and commercial cases. He is a construction and commercial arbitrator and mediator for AAA. In 2011, he was accepted into the prestigious National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Mark serves as a settlement conference Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and previously served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Court of Appeals.

In addition to his thriving arbitration and mediation practice, Mark maintains an active civil trial practice.
