Jones, Skelton & Hochuli is expanding its legal services to include comprehensive occupational safety and health legal defense services. JSH attorney Amelia A. Esber has represented clients nationally before the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as well as before OSHA-approved State Plans in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Washington and other states. Amelia’s practice includes:

    • Reporting fatalities, in-patient hospitalizations, amputations and eye losses to OSHA
