JSH Partner Mike Halvorson will be participating in the Lorman Education Services’ “Commercial Vehicle Accident Cases” webinar. Truck accidents are inherently different than other roadway accidents. The ability to prosecute or defend a motor carrier following a significant loss is therefore directly related to the investigation undertaken, which ideally should begin immediately following the accident.
