Ideal candidates will have their paralegal certificate, 3+ years of law firm experience, and substantial diverse experience and familiarity with Federal and State Rules. We are interested in a qualified defense litigation paralegal with medical records acquisition and summary experience for a high-volume practice. Knowledge of expert witnesses is desirable but not required. Experience in transportation defense, wrongful death and products liability would be a plus. Candidates must be highly motivated and have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
