Shantanique Brantley joins JSH as an associate in our Transportation Trial Group, where she will be providing high quality legal services to our carriers and our self-insured clients.

Shanti focused mainly on employment law prior to and while attending Chicago-Kent College of Law, working for a variety of companies and law firms. During this time she help create anti-discrimination policies and compliance tools, drafted vendor and sub-contractor communications, and documented processes relevant to whistleblower retaliation. After receiving her J.D. in 2022, Shanti entered the human resource field, serving as a benefits administrator and investigator before deciding to pursue a more traditional attorney role.

Shanti’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Michigan. Her personal interests include traveling and golf. She is a conversational ASL speaker.
