Rebecca Bain returns to our Arizona office as an associate attorney in the General Liability Trial Group, after having been a summer associate with JSH in 2024 and receiving her J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2025.

While in law school, Becca was a writer for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, a member of the Law Women’s Association and Business Law Society, and received the Outstanding Oral Advocacy Award. Her undergraduate degree in Public Health is from Brigham Young University in Utah, where she was an editor of the BYU Pre-Law Review Journal.

Becca was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John J. Tuchi, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, drafting judicial orders and assisting with voir dire preparation.

Becca enjoys hiking, skiing, and reading.
