Luke Yoshida joins the JSH office as an associate attorney in our Auto Liability Trial Group. He has prior experience litigating personal injury, product liability, construction defect, wrongful death, dram shop liability, employment disputes, and breach of contract. Luke has conducted and defended over 70 depositions, and he wrote an expert legal opinion regarding the seatbelt defense in Arizona.  He also served as a Judicial Extern with the Pima County Superior Court while he attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.

Luke earned his J.D. in 2023, receiving a CALI Award for Patent Litigation Fundamentals. He was the Chief Publications Editor for the Arizona Law Journal of Emerging Technologies, the Director of Events for the Jewish Law Student Association, and a member of the Student Bar Association. His undergraduate degree is from the University of California (Davis), where he studied Materials Science and Engineering, with a minor in Economics.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys fantasy and sci-fi novels, martial arts, stand-up comedy, weightlifting, rock climbing, golf and football.
