Elliott Heater-Brown

Elliott Heater-Brown recently joined our New Mexico office as an associate attorney. He will focus his practice on catastrophic personal injury litigation, transportation issues, premises liability, products liability, and general civil litigation.
Elliott earned his J.D. From the University of New Mexico School of Law in May of 2025, where he finished second in his class. During law school, he served as a Source and Cite Editor for the New Mexico Law Review, and tutored classes including Torts and Elements of Legal Argumentation. He also received CALI awards for his efforts in Torts, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Elements of Legal Argumentation II, Ethics, Elements of Legal Argumentation III, and for his efforts in the Community Lawyering Clinic. Additionally, Elliott was a member of the Dean’s list during each semester of law school.
Prior to Law School, Elliott worked as the finance director for many judicial campaigns, and during law school he externed in the chambers for the Honorable Briana Zamora on the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Outside of work, Elliott enjoys taking long walks on the Albuquerque bosque with his dog and girlfriend, running, strength training, and supporting many sports teams including the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Yankees, and New Mexico United.
