Justine Pearson, a former summer law clerk, has returned to our Phoenix office as an associate attorney in our Transportation Trial Group.  

She earned her law degree from the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.  An O’Connor Fellow, she was also an Executive Managing Editor on the Corporate and Business Law Journal and a Tort Law teaching assistant. Justine received her B.A. in Philosophy (summa cum laude) from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (Geneva, NY), where she was a member of the Hai Timiai and Phi Beta Kappa honors societies. While at HWS Justine enjoyed playing soccer on the William Smith women’s soccer team and playing saxophone in the school’s jazz ensemble.

Her previous legal experience includes serving as a Legal Intern in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office’s Liability Management Section, and as an extern at Stone Rose Law where she focused her work on Veteran’s Affairs claims.  

Justine loves spending time with friends, is an avid outdoors enthusiast, and enjoys volunteering at a local therapeutic riding ranch.
