Christopher Darling is an associate in the General Liability Trial Group, where he represents clients in a wide range of matters including trucking and transportation, wrongful death and personal injury, products liability, and premises liability.

Christopher earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2024, where he served as Associate Editor and Publications Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review, as well as both a research and teaching assistant. During law school, he was actively involved in student leadership, serving as a Community Representative of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association and Themis Bar, as well as serving as a Lawyering Fellow. He also played for Northeastern Law Softball.

As a Student Attorney in Northeastern’s Prisoner’s Rights Clinic, Christopher represented incarcerated clients before the Massachusetts Parole Board. He gained further experience clerking for law firms in New York, Massachusetts, and the Virgin Islands, focusing on commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, and products liability.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York, in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in marketing. At UB, he was the Philanthropy and Scholarship Chair of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity and Board member of the UB Marketing Association. He was also a member of the Tau Sigma Honor Society and served as a teaching assistant for the business school.

In his free time, Christopher enjoys running, soccer, chess, exploring new restaurants and cheering on the Buffalo Bills as a proud and loyal Western New Yorker!
