Jesse Jordan is an associate attorney in the firm’s Utah office, where he focuses his practice on insurance defense and complex civil litigation. He represents insurers and insureds in a wide range of matters, including medical malpractice claims involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, as well as personal injury, wrongful death, product liability and other general civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jesse practiced at a Salt Lake City litigation firm handling a high‑volume caseload from inception through resolution. His experience includes drafting dispositive motions, conducting depositions, participating in mediations, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters. He regularly worked with clients to prepare for testimony and to develop litigation strategies that balance risk management and cost‑effective resolution.

Jesse earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he received the Dean’s Achievement Award and served as Senior Articles Editor of the Arizona Journal of International -& Comparative Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University. Jesse is admitted to practice law in the State of Utah.
