Jennifer Zarour is an associate attorney in the firm’s Phoenix office and a member of the Transportation Trial Group. Her practice focuses on the defense of complex negligence and liability claims, representing policyholders and working closely with insurance carriers to manage risk and resolve disputes efficiently.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zarour gained hands-on litigation experience representing policyholders in matters arising from accident-related liability exposure. In this role, she regularly served as a liaison between insurance carriers, insureds, and opposing counsel, helping to resolve claims while mitigating future risk.

Ms. Zarour’s background also includes legal externships focused on insurance law, employment law, and civil litigation, as well as work advocating for clients in sentencing and motion practice. Through these roles, she developed strong analytical, writing, and client-communication skills essential to high-stakes trial practice.

Ms. Zarour earned her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she graduated with a strong academic record and served on the executive board of the Law Journal for Social Justice. She was also actively involved in academic support and leadership organizations, including the Women Law Students Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Arizona, graduating with highest academic distinction.
