Kirsten S. Ashton is an experienced civil litigator joining our Utah office. She will be representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation matters including personal injury, construction, contract disputes and insurance. With 18 years of litigation experience, she has handled all aspects of civil litigation, providing strategic counsel and effective advocacy for her clients.

In addition to her legal practice, Kirsten is a successful business owner and entrepreneur. She owns and manages multiple self-service car wash locations, where she has overseen business development initiatives that significantly increased revenue and operational growth.

Kirsten is actively involved in the legal community and recently served as President of the Utah Defense Lawyers Association, following several years of service on its board of directors. In that role, she helped lead educational programming and professional development initiatives for defense attorneys throughout Utah. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Kirsten earned her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she was a member of Law Review. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation.

In her free time, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor recreation and quilting.
