Madeline Olsen

Madeline Olsen is an associate attorney in JSH’s Utah Trial Group.
Before joining the firm, Madeline served as a law clerk for both the Honorable Ann Marie McIff Allen and Magistrate Judge Paul Kohler in the United States District Court for the District of Utah. She previously worked in the Litigation Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
Madeline earned her J.D., cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where she served as Lead Editor of the Journal of Public Law and received a Storytelling Fellowship. She also holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from The New School University and a B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University. She is admitted to practice in Utah and the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
In her spare time, Madeline performs as a circus aerialist. She also enjoys reading and playing the organ.
