Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, PLC is pleased to announce that JSH partner Donald Myles has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), one of the premier legal associations in North America. Membership in ACTL cannot exceed 1% of the total lawyer population of any state or province. ACTL elects experienced trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality.

Don is also a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL) and Advocate member of ABOTA. He is a Past President of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC), USLAW Network, and The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). He has been named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America three times, in 2016, 2018, and 2021.

One of Arizona’s most experience trial lawyers, Don has been practicing law since 1982 and has been with JSH since its formation in 1983. He represents insurance carriers and insureds in bad faith, coverage, professional liability, and catastrophic injury cases. He also provides ADR services and mediates tort claims.
