JSH trucking and transportation attorney Clarice Spicker will co-present, “Changing Expectations: How Truck Technology, E-Discovery & Plaintiffs’ Demands Affect Claims Handling,” during the Arkansas Trucking Seminar (ATS) on September 19, 2019. The ATS is hosted in for those engaged in trucking litigation, and draws trucking professionals from across the U.S. and Canada. JSH is proud to sponsor the event, along with various defense counsel and vendors. The annual event also includes a Community Service Project benefitting a local charity. This year’s project supports Havenwood in Bentonville, AR, an organization focused on helping single mothers and their children move from crisis to self-sufficiency.
