Chelsey Golightly practices in the areas of general civil litigation and insurance. She focuses her practice on defending clients in matters involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, abuse and assault, premises liability, products liability, social host liability, commercial and personal general liability claims, and maritime law. She regularly represents corporate and non-profit clients in complex litigation cases, and has obtained favorable outcomes for many of her clients through motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trials.
Dan King practices in the areas of transportation law, professional liability, and bad faith. Dedicated to serving his clients when they most need his counsel, Dan is a member of the firm’s Rapid Response Team, a dedicated group of attorneys on-call to assist clients whenever there is a trucking/transportation accident or our clients require immediate counsel.
Clarice Spicker focuses her practice on transportation defense, wrongful death and personal injury, premises liability, and products liability defense. Clarice is a member of the firm’s Rapid Response Team.
