Andrew Clark concentrates his practice in the areas of construction defect, bad faith, and general civil liability defense including products liability, premises liability and personal injury.  He represents developers, owners, subcontractors, product manufacturers and large insurers through all phases of litigation in state and federal court. He is committed to providing clients with prompt and thorough case evaluations, delivering effective litigation defense strategies and posturing cases for early resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Andy was a law clerk with the Arizona Corporation Commission, a legal extern with the Arizona Department of Administration, a law clerk for the Yuma County Legal Defender’s Office and a Rule 38(d) intern with the City of Mesa Prosecutor’s Office where he prosecuted numerous bench and jury trials.
