JSH welcomes new associate attorney Adam Frank to our Utah office, where he will work with the Utah Trial Group handling personal injury, insurance coverage, and commercial liability claims.

Prior to joining our firm, Adam served as the Government Affairs Director for a local homebuilders’ association in Olympia, WA, and as General Counsel for the Building Industry Association of Washington. Most recently he worked as Senior Compliance and Regulatory Counsel for an international vacation rental management company and as a consultant on litigation, landlord-tenant concerns, vacation rental regulations, and property management issues.

Adam received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School (BYU) in 2010, and his undergraduate degree in communications is also from BYU.

In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church and community, attending athletic events, and playing and listening to music.
