Annie Garner is the Legal Staff Development Manager at Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, where she leads initiatives focused on staff development, onboarding, performance management, and professional growth. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, operations, and workforce development, Annie is dedicated to building effective programs that enhance employee engagement, accountability, and organizational success. She earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from the University of New Mexico and holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.

Outside of work, Annie loves yoga and time with friends and family, and she enjoys cooking for the people she cares about most.
