Bailey Stoltzfus is an associate attorney in the firm’s General Liability Trial Group, where she works with our partners handling personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and other insurance defense claims. 

While at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Bailey served as a Managing Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and as a teaching assistant for both Property and Legal Advocacy. She also externed with the Sun Devil Athletics Compliance Office and the Town of Gilbert and was a member of the Mindfulness in Law Society. Before moving to Arizona, Bailey earned a B.S. in Marketing and minors in Sport Studies and the Legal Environment of Business from Penn State University.

In her spare time, Bailey enjoys cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
