Chase MacKay is a member of our General Liability Trial Group, defending clients in the areas of trucking and transportation, premises liability, product liability, personal injury, and other general liability matters.
Before joining JSH, Chase served as a Law Clerk assisting with plaintiff-side labor and employment law services.
While earning his law degree from ASU, Chase was the Senior Article Editor of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and a member of the Chicano/Latino Law Students Association. He also worked as a Research Assistant focusing on First Amendment speech protections in traditional public forums and was a Rule 39(c) Certified Limited Practice Student at ASU’s First Amendment Clinic. In this role, he helped write an amicus curiae brief defending the constitutional rights of news and media organizations in a case before the Arizona Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Chase attended Boston University where he received his BA in Political Science.
In his spare time, Chase enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys supporting all of Arizona’s sports teams and traveling, most recently visiting Croatia.”
