Damian Zimmer is a member of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli’s growing Transportation Trial team. He develops proven legal strategies to successfully position his clients to adapt and prosper as the transportation industry continues to evolve.

With a background in defending insurance claims, Damian came to JSH from a boutique law firm in Phoenix where he specialized in representing transportation companies throughout the litigation process.

After earning his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law, Damian earned his Master of Laws from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Sports Law and Business. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in economics.

In his spare time, Damian enjoys playing golf, watching baseball and other sports, and exploring Arizona with his wife Chelsea and his dog Stanlee.
