ArizonaDavid Potts focuses his practice on employment law, general civil litigation, commercial and business litigation, and wrongful death and personal injury defense. He represents public and private employers and non-profit organizations on a broad range of employment issues, including Earned Paid Sick Time claims and employee leave rights. David has also defended employers against charges brought with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Arizona Civil Rights Division, National Labor Relations Board, and other administrative agencies.A true native, David was born and raised in Arizona. When not in the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, running uncomfortably long distances, and rooting for his University of Arizona Wildcats.
