Daniel A. Shudlick
Associate Attorney
ArizonaDaniel Shudlick is part of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli’s Municipal & Employment Trial Group. He represents public and private sector clients in the areas of governmental liability, civil rights, law enforcement and corrections defense, wrongful death, automobile and premises liability, and personal injury. Daniel has helped obtain favorable outcomes through motion practice and settlement negotiations.
Before joining JS&H in 2022, Daniel served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Randall M. Howe, Arizona Court of Appeals, for two years, and served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Janet Bostwick, Pima County Superior Court for a year. These experiences provided him with opportunities to review the appellate and civil record, write bench memorandums, compile jury instructions, and work on a variety of subject matters.
After earning his undergraduate degree at Marquette University, Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, where he delivered the 2019 graduating class speech.
Daniel married his beautiful wife, Colleen, in 2020 and the two welcomed their first child in 2023 and are expecting another in June of 2025. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys hiking, working out, and wood working. He and his wife also have two big dogs and a cat.
