Emma joins our Appellate Team in the firm’s New Mexico office, bringing significant experience in complex civil litigation resulting from over a dozen years of practicing law. Prior to joining JSH Emma represented both plaintiffs and defendants, focusing her practice on first and third-party insurance defense and employment litigation. She has just completed a mid-career appellate clerkship at the New Mexico Court of Appeals and brings a renewed focus to her representation of clients in federal and state appellate matters and complex dispositive motions practice.

In her free time Emma enjoys skiing, dancing, and spending time with her family.
