Kennedy Allen joins the firm’s General Liability Trial Group after graduating from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. She will work with our partners handling personal injury, premises liability, and other claims for our clients.

In law school she served as the Associate Editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. Kennedy was a member of the Women’s Law Students Association, and worked with both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Sun Devil Compliance Office. Her undergraduate degree is in political science with a minor in Philosophy of Law & Justice, from the University of Nevada.

In her spare time, she enjoys the company of family and friends, watching sports, and golfing.
