Kathleen Charon is a Legal Nurse Consultant with more than 30 years of nursing and healthcare experience, including 27 years focused on medical malpractice litigation and healthcare-related legal matters. She assists attorneys with complex medical cases by reviewing and analyzing medical records, preparing detailed medical chronologies, identifying key clinical issues, coordinating with expert witnesses, and organizing litigation materials for depositions and trial.

Before transitioning to the legal field, Kathleen worked as a Registered Nurse in pediatrics, utilization review, case management, and home health care settings, including at University of Utah Medical Center. Her extensive clinical background provides valuable insight into medical issues and standards of care relevant to healthcare litigation. Kathleen has been a licensed Registered Nurse in Utah since 1992.

In her free time, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her 2 children and 3 grandchildren, needlework and traveling with her husband as part of their small group travel company.
