Kathleen Elder focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, wrongful death and personal injury defense, physician and nursing representation at administrative hearings, and general insurance defense matters. Prior to attending law school, Kathleen was a registered nurse at Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, where she assisted in the operating rooms and helped kidney failure and transplant patients.

  • Obtained defense verdict in three-week Federal Court Case involving Section 1983 and medical negligence claims. Plaintiff claimed $2 million in damages, and $1.6 million in attorneys’ fees.
