ArizonaKimberly focuses her practice on defending personal injury and wrongful death matters with an emphasis on retail/hospitality and products liability. She also is experienced in commercial/business litigation, professional liability, construction defect, and general liability matters.
Kimberly previously served as the Secretary, Vice President, President and Past President of the Board of the AADC Young Lawyers Division and continues to be active with the main board. She graduated from the Ladder Down Class of 2020-2021. Kimberly organizes the firm’s Spring Writing Externship in conjunction with Arizona State University and University of Arizona’s Diversity Writing Legal Externship program. She enjoys participating in judging and coaching ASU students for the Annual Jenckes Closing Argument Competition.
During her free time, Kimberly is always looking for new restaurants to try on Phoenix New Times and enjoys watching her Blue Tick Coonhound Mix, Addison, try to herd other dogs at the dog park. If you need a book recommendation, she has an annual goal to read 100 books of all different genres
